Tirana, 2 May 2019- Albanian National Child Helpline ALO 116 during May 2019-April 2020 will implement the project ViolEnd (School response to End Violence against Children), financed through the sub-granting scheme of the EU funded project “Strengthening Civil Society to Prevent and Protect Children from Abuse and Violence in Albania” implemented by Terres des Hommes in partnership with ANTTARC.

The project ViolEnd is committed to the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), tha law No. 18/2017 “On Child Rights and Protection”, and national child protection system.

The project ViolEnd aims to enhance education and child protection systems in pre-university schools in Tirana so that they are sensitive, responsive, and inclusive of children and adolescents.

This project focused on strengthening the current child protection system and the psychosocial service of the pre-university schools in Tirana will be implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sports, and Youth.
